Sos meksykański

Ingredients:

10 dag ostrej czerwonej peperoni, 3 dojrzałe pomidory (lub 2 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego, 1 czerwona papryka, 4 łyżki oliwy z oliwek, 1 ząbek czosnku, 1 łyżka posiekanej natki pietruszki, 1/2 łyżeczki pieprzu cayenne, 1 łyżeczka cukru, odrobina mielonej kolendry, sól do smaku.

Prepare instructions:

Papryki umyć, pozbawić gniazd nasiennych i pokroić na kawałki. Pomidory sparzyć, obrać ze skórki i pokroić w ósemki. Cebulę obrać i pokroić w cząstki. Czosnek przecisnąć przez praskę. Rozdrobnione warzywa połączyć, dodać oliwę, pieprz cayenne i cukier. Doprawić solą. Wszystko zmiksować. Dodać natkę pietruszki i odrobinę kolendry. Wymieszać. Odstawić w chłodne miejsce na 1/2 godz. Podawać do pieczonych mięs.

Ciekawa jestem, czy taki sos można by było włożc do słoika i zapasteryzować, na zapasy zimowe ???

za przeproszeniem gówniany przepis ani trochę nie przypomina prawdziwego sosu meksykańskiego ani w sposobie przyrządzania a efekt końcowy już definitywnie pozdro.
