Sos paprykowy na zimę

Ingredients:

3kg czerwonej papryki

3 małe słoiczki przecieru pomidorowego

4 główki czosnku

4-6 papryczek czuszek

1/2 szkl oliwy lub oleju

2 szkl cukru

1szkl octu

2 i 1/2 łyżki soli

3 liście laurowe

ziele angielskie

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie

Paprykę czerwoną, czuszki oraz czosnek przepuścić przez maszynkę, otrzymaną masę wrzucić do garnka i dodać resztę składników, oprócz koncentratu. Gotować 15min. Dodać koncentrat i ponownie gotować przez 20min. Wkładamy do słików, nie pasteryzujemy.

Z czuszkami postępujemy ostrożnie gdyż nie każdy lubi zbyt pikantny sos, więc ich ilość należy dostosować do swojego gustu.

Sos jest pyszny i nadaje się do wielu rzeczy np. na kanapki, do kiełbasy na ciepło, do sosów, koleżanka dodaje go również do ryby po grecku.

PS. Ostatnio zrobiłam ten sos bez czuszek i również jest pycha. Każdy kto próbuje tego sosu jest zachwycony.

dla mnie stanowczo za słodki więc lepiej dodawać cukier stopniowo i próbować co komu smakuje
