Sos Serowy z oreganem

Ingredients:

4 łyżeczki masła

1/4 szklanki mąki

2 szklanki mleka

20 dag sera żółtego (ser Gouda)

2 łyżeczki oregana

sól

pieprz

Prepare instructions:

1. W rondelku rozpuścić masło.

2. Dodaj mąkę i energicznie mieszaj przez około 5 minut aż do czasu gdy zasmażka zacznie się przyrumieniać.

3. Jak tylko zauważysz, że zasmażka zmienia kolor dolej pół szklanki mleka - dolewaj stopniowo, energicznie mieszając.

4. Dolej resztę mleka (1,5 szklanki) dolewając ciągle i energicznie mieszaj.

5. Gotuj przez około 5 minut aż zgęstnieje.

6. Dodaj część startego sera i mieszaj aż się rozpuści. Po dokładnym rozpuszczeniu dodaj kolejną porcję sera. Dodawaj go małymi partiami cały czas mieszając.

7. Posól, dodaj pieprz i oregano.

Witaj! Sos pewnie do makaronu .Do czego jeszcze go serwujesz?

Hej ! Tak . Lecz można go takze uzycz jako sos do nachosów <bez oregana >z dipem . :) bardzo dobry sos sporządzany przez moją babcię i pra pra babcię .

zapraszam do mojego staropolskiego keksu o zapoznanie się z przepisem :)

bardzo smaczny sosik. Przydał się do makaronu z brokułami, pieczarkami i piersią z kurczaka:):)
