Sos z cukinii do makaronu

Ingredients:

1 duża cebula

2 duże cukinie

3-4 pomidory, kilka łyżek koncentratu pomidorowego lub pomidory krojone w puszce

woda lub bulion warzywny

świeża bazylia

olej

1-2 ząbki czosnku

przyprawy: sól, wegeta, maggi, pieprz, papryka, oregano, szczypta cukru

Prepare instructions:

Pyszny, lekki i pachnący latem sosik. Dodatek ziół nadaje mu fantastycznego aromatu. Alternatywa dla ciężkich, zawiesistych śmietanowych czy mięsnych sosów.

Cukinie obrać ze skórki, pokroić na ćwiartki, wyciąć nasiona. Miąższ pokroić w kostkę. Na głębokiej patelni rozgrzać odrobinę oleju, wrzucić pokrojoną w kostkę cebulkę i chwilę podsmażyć. Dodać pokrojoną cukinię. Chwilę razem podsmażyć, dodać ok. pół szklanki wody lub bulionu, przykryć i dusić do miękkości. Pomidory sparzyć wrzątkiem i obrać ze skóry. Na koniec dodać pokrojone pomidory, koncentrat pomidorowy lub pomidory w puszce i przeciśnięty przez praskę czosnek. Doprawić wg. smaku.

Ja zwykle podaję taki sosik z makaronem, ale myślę, że równie dobry będzie z ryżem. Dobrze doprawiony, jest naprawdę pyszny, a co najważniejsze niskokaloryczny i zdrowy.

Też taki robiłam tego lata, ale ja baaaardzo lubię czosnek więc też go dodałam do tego sosu. Myślę,że teraz gdy jest sezon na pomidory można z powodzeniem zastąpić koncentrat pomidorami.
