Tagliatelle z kurkami

Very easy

Ingredients:

kurki (świeże lub ew. mrożone) - 500 g.
makaron "tagliatelle" - 500 g.
śmietana 30% ( najlepiej Piątnica) - 200 g.
cebula (duża) - 1 szt.
czosnek - 3 ząbki
sól i pieprz do smaku
natka pietruszki
olej lub oliwa z oliwek do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Sos - pokrojoną w dość drobną kostkę cebulę wraz z czosnkiem podsmażamy na oleju lub oliwie z oliwek. Do zrumienionej cebuli i czosnku dodajemy grzyby ( w całości lub grubo krojone) oraz posiekaną natkę pietruszki - doprawiamy do smaku. Wszystko dusimy pod przykryciem na wolnym ogniu około 15 min., zdejmujemy z ognia i dodajemy śmietanę - mieszamy.

Makaron - w międzyczasie gotujemy makaron w osolonej wodzie z dodatkiem oliwy (1łyżka) i odlewamy.

Podajemy makaron wraz z sosem, na wierzchu posypując odrobiną posiekanej natki pietruszki.

Zrobiłam troszkę inaczej: dałam makaron spaghetti i starty żółty ser. Ogólnie ok, ale jak dla mnie lekko za mdłe.

Makaron tagiatelle jest specyficzny i według mnie najbardziej pasuje do tej potrawy. Żółty ser mógł sprawić, że danie było bardziej mdłe...choć nie próbowałam. Proponuję sprawdzić jak smakuje w "mojej wersji" :) Ja natomiast spróbuję w Twojej i wtedy się konkretnie wypowiem :D
