Spaghetti carbonara - wyśmienite

Ingredients:

- 425g spaghetti,
- 2 łyżki oliwy z oliwek,
- 1 duża cebula pokrojona w plastry,
- 2 posiekane ząbki czosnku,
- 175g boczku pokrojonego w paseczki,
- 175g pieczarek pokrojonych w plasterki,
- 300 ml śmietany kremówki,
- 3 jajka - roztrzepane,
- 100g startego parmezanu,
- sól, pieprz,
- gałka muszkatołowa.

Prepare instructions:

Makaron ugotować z 1 łyżką oliwy.

Na rozgrzanej oliwie zeszklić cebulę , następnie dodać czosnek, boczek i smażyć do momentu aż bekon będzie kruchy. Przełożyć na ciepły półmisek.

Na rozgrzanym maśle smażyć pieczarki, ze szyptą soli, przez 3-4 minuty.

Do pieczarek dodać boczek razem z cebulą i czosnkiem, przez chwilę podsmażać, aby wszystko ze sobą dobrze się połączyło.

W między czasie wymieszać śmietanę, z roztrzepanymi jajkami i parmezanem. Doprawić sos do smaku solą, pieprzem i gałką.

Do boczku z pieczarkami dodać makaron, następnie polać wszystko sosem i wymieszać. Podawać zaraz po zrobieniu. Więcej nie podsmażać, po to aby jajka się nie ścięły - sos musi mieć konsystencje emulsji.

Wykonanie tej carbonary nie jest skomplikowane, choć może trochę bardziej czasochłonne z uwagi na dodatek pieczarek. Efekt końcowy jest na prawdę wyśmienity. Radzę nie przesadzić z solą. Należy pamiętać,że parmezan i boczek są już dosyć słone.

Sie od rana wymadrzylam...nie ten link, co chcialam wstawilam. Robi sie takze z pieczarkami, czesciej z innymi grzybami, prawdziwkami. potrojne espresso rano w piatek nie pomaga, na wiecej elokwencji mnie nie stac. Przepraszam. :)
