Ingredients:

2 szklanki mąki tortowej
6 żółtek
6 płaskich łyżek cukru pudru
4 łyzki masła
4 dag drożdży
8 łyżek tłustego mleka
szczypta soli
2 łyżeczki skórki z cytryny
4 łyżki wódki
słoik dżemu śliwkowego z jak największymi kawałkmyi owoców lub śliwek kompotowych
4 kostki smalcu po 25 dag
olej ok szklanki

Prepare instructions:

W letnim mleku rozcieramy drożdże posypujemy odrobiną cukru, odstawiamy w ciepłe miejsce do zbulbonienia. Żółtka ucieramy z cukrem pudrem, dodajemy skórkę, wyrośnięty zaczyn, akohol i dokładnie mieszamy. Przesiewamy do tego mąkę i sól. Wyrabiamy ciasto na pulchne i jednolite. Dodajemy ciepłe, roztopione masło i ponownie wyrabiamy. Przykrywamy i odstawiamy do wyrośnięcia.
Gdy ciasto podwoi objętość nabieramy łyżką porcję na jeden pączek, rozkładamy na dłoni, nakładamy śliwkę w temperaturze pokojowej i zlepiamy. Szwem do dołu układamy tak wykonane pączki na posypanym maką blacie i zostawiamy do wyrośnięcia.

Smażymy w gorącym smalcu wymieszanym z olejem. Rumienimy z obu stron. Po wyjęciu i osączeniu na papierowym ręczniku posypujemy cukrem pudrem.
Z tych proporcji wychodzi ok 24 niewielkich pączków.

Witam :) tak jak napisałam w przepisie wychodziło mi ok 24 niezbyt dużych pączków :)
