Szaszłyki warzywne

Ingredients:

45 dag kolorowej papryki,
1 cukinia (ok. 20 dag),
20 dag bakłażana,
cebula czerwona,
2 ząbki czosnku,
1 gałązka rozmarynu,
4 gałązki tymianku,
7 łyżek oliwy,
8 dag nadziewanych papryką oliwek,
15 dag owczego sera,
20 dag kwaśnej śmietany,
sól,pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Cukinię pokrój w plasterki, paprykę i bakłażan na kawałki, cebulę na cząstki. Warzywa ponadziewaj na przemian na patyczki do szaszłyków.

Czosnek, rozmaryn i tymianek posiekaj. Czosnek wymieszaj z oliwą, rozmarynem i połową tymianku. Posmaruj szaszłyki, odłóż na kilka minut.

Oliwki posiekaj, ser pokrusz i wymieszaj ze śmietaną i resztą tymianku. Wrzuć oliwki. Dip serowy przypraw pieprzem. Szaszłyki posyp solą i pieprzem, grilluj kilka minut ze wszystkich stron.

Witam:)chce zrobić te szaszłyczki tylko chciałabym wiedzieć czy owczy serek ma być pleśniowy?jeśli nie to jaki dokładnie?pozdrawiam
