Skladniki:
- kapusta wloska, srodek glowki.. te jasne liscie
6 szt (lisci)
- jajko
- kopiasta lyzka maki
- lyzka smietany
- sol i pieprz
- bulion w proszku ew.
- tluszcz do smazenia

Prepare instructions:

Liscie kapusty oddzielic opd glowki gruba czesc nerwa wyciac i ugotowac krociutko ok 5 minut w bulionie lub dobrze osolonej wodzie.

Osuszyc i przyprawic pieprzem i sola.

Przygotowac ciasto nalesnikowe, rozbijajac jajko i dodajac do niego czubata lyzke maki oraz lyzke smietany i przyprawy (sol, pieprz, bulion w proszku wg wlasnej potrzeby)

Trzy liscie zlozyc jeden na drugi, czesc nerwa naprzemian.

Umoczyc w ciescie nalesnikowym z dwoch stron i smazyc na tluszczu na zloty kolor z obydwoch stron.

Podawac z surowka lub salatka.
Mozna tez zrobic do tego ziemniaki.

Bardzo smaczne..szczegolnie dla mieso-niejadkow.

Zrobię je jutro, dodam pomiędzy liście kapusty plasterki sera i szynki... Zobaczymy co wyjdzie:)

Fajny pomysł, zmieniłam skład ciasta, robiąc cebulowe na razowo/chlebowej mące. Składając liście kapusty dałam do środka grube plastry sera. Wyszedł pyszny obiad dla kogoś, kto nie jada mięsa :)
