Szparagi pod migdałami dla Till

Ingredients:

szparagi (ilość wg apetytu);
mała cebula (niekoniecznie);
5 dag masła (2 łyżki);
2 łyżki mąki;
2 szklanki mleka;
ser pleśniowy np. Lazur (10 dag lub mniej), jeżeli ktoś nie lubi, proponuję ser żółty;
płatki migdałów;
przyprawy: sól, świeżo mielony kolorowy pieprz, cukier, gałka muszkatołowa.

*Sos serowy nadaje się również jako dodatek do mięs.

Prepare instructions:

     Przepis dedykuję nieocenionej Till, której dziękuję... po prostu:)

     Szparagi, jeżeli trzeba, obieramy i gotujemy na parze lub tradycyjnie w garnku z dodatkiem soli i cukru ok 15-20 min.
     Cebulę kroimy w kostkę i dusimy na maśle, wsypujemy mąkę, krótko przesmażamy i dolewamy mleko. Następnie dodajemy ser starty na grubych oczkach oraz przyprawy: sól, pieprz, gałkę muszkatołową. Miksujemy na gładki krem.

     Migdały podsmażamy na suchej teflonowej patelni. Nie jest to dodatek obowiązkowy, ale świetnie równoważą goryczkę szparagów.
     Ugotowane szparagi polewamy sosem i posypujemy prażonymi migdałami. Nadają się na przekąskę, lekki obiad lub jako dodatek do głównego dania.

A czy można czymś zastapić migdały?

Dotiu, nie bardzo rozumiem dlaczego chcesz migdały zastąpić czymś innym, przecież migdały są super;) Można podać z samym sosem, ewentualnie poeksperymentować z prażonym słonecznikiem. Pozdrawiam:)
