Ingredients:

Dla 2 osób:

200g makaronu tagliatelle 5 zbóż Lubella

450g małż w muszlach (mrożone)

150g świeżych kurek

1 mała cebulka

2-3 ząbki czosnku

100ml słodkiej śmietanki 18%

1 łyżka oliwy z oliwek

1 łyżka masła

sól, pieprz świeżo mielony

natka pietruszki

Porcja dla jednej osoby zawiera około
- 527 kcal
B - 26g,
T - 22 g,
W - 54 g
WW - 5

Prepare instructions:

Na patelni rozgrzać oliwę i masło, dodać pokrojoną w kostkę cebulkę i przeciśnięty przez praskę czosnek, lekko posolić. Smażyć mieszając około 2-3 minuty. Dodać dokładnie opłukane kurki, zamieszać. Smażyć 5-10 minut w zależności od wielkości grzybków. Kiedy ilość płynu się zredukuje dodać śmietankę. Gotować kolejne 5 minut aż sos zacznie gęstnieć.

Małże opłukać i wsypać na patelnię przykryć pokrywką. Dusić 7-8 minut.

Ugotować makaron al dente w osolonej wodzie z dodatkiem oliwy.

Doprawić sos solą i pieprzem.

Wymieszać makaron z sosem. Układać na talerzach. Posypać natką pietruszki.

To zestewienie smaków jest cudowne, po zjedzeniu tej potrawy do dnia dzisiejszego nie mogę wyjść z podziwu dla Twojego przepisu. Pozatym IMHO jest to świeta potrawa fusion kuchni śródziemnomorskiej i polskiej

Pozdrawiam i czekam na więcej tego typu przepisów.
