Tarta cytrynowa

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
250g mąki
150g masła
2 żółtka
szczypta soli

Masa:
3 jajka
2 żółtka
200g cukru
3/4 szklanki soku z cytryn (czystego soku, bez miąższu)
1/2 szklanki śmietany kremówki (polecam śmietanę z Piątnicy)

Prepare instructions:

Składniki na ciasto zagniatamy, robimy kulkę, wstawiamy do lodówki na ok 1 godzinę. Wyjmujemy ciasto z lodówki, rozwałkowujemy (chociaż ten krok można pomiąć i "wygniatać" bezpośrednio na formie), wkładamy do formy na tartę i wstawiamy na 15 minut do rozgrzanego piekarnika (180 stopni).
W tym czasie ubijamy białka ze szczyptą soli, cukier i żółtka. Dodajemy śmietanę i wlewamy sok z cytryn (przecedzony przez sitko!). Wylewamy masę na podpieczone ciasto i wstawiamy do piekarnika na ok. 40 minut.

Masa powinna się ściąć, a nie przypalić (mniej więcej konsystencja gęstego budyniu).
Tarta jest pyszna na ciepło, ale jeszcze lepsza na zimno, podajemy oprószoną cukrem pudrem, przybraną plasterkami cytryny/limonki.

Czy do masy cytrynowej wykorzystujemy 2 białaka , które zostały z ciasta czy je pomijamy ??

3jajka + 2żółtka... niestety łącznie nam 4 białka zostaną po wypieku, ale można je w jakiś inny sposób wykorzystać
