Tarta z porem i serem feta

Ingredients:

CIASTO:

250 g mąki pszennej

125 g masła lub margaryny

1 żółtko

70 ml zimnej wody (8 łyżek)

1 łyżeczka soli

1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

NADZIENIE:

300 g pora (jasne części)

150 g boczku wędzonego

1 łyżka masła

40 g sera żółtego

250 ml słodkiej śmietanki 18%

2 jajka

100 g sera typu feta

przyprawy: gałka, tymianek, sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie składniki na ciasto włożyć do miski, posiekać nożem a następnie szybko zagnieść gładkie ciasto. Rozwałkować, wyłożyć blache do tarty ciastem, ponakłuwać widelcem i podpiec w temp. 200°C. Można na ciasto wyłożyć pergamin i wysypać suchy groch, wówczas ciasto zachowa kształt na brzegach.

Boczek pokroić w paseczki i podsmażyć. Pory pokroić w ćwierćplasterki i zeszklić na łyżce masła, dodać boczek i doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem, gałką oraz tymiankiem. Ser żółty zetrzeć na grubych oczkach i wymieszać z przestudzonymi porami.

Jajka rozkłócić, dodać śmietankę, doprawić solą i pieprzem.

Na podpieczoną tartę wykładamy pory z boczkiem, następnie zalewamy śmietanką z jajkiem i na górę rozkruszamy ser feta. Pieczemy w temp.200°C ok. 25-30 min.

Tarta jest doskonała na ciepło i na zimno.

Właśnie skończyliśmy konsumować tą tartę . Był to mój debiut i muszę przyznać, że bardzo ale to bardzo udany:):):)
