Ingredients:

250g serka mascarpone (polecam Piątnicę-tani i przepyszny)
2 jaja
50g cukru
paczka biszkoptów (ja używam zwykłych okragłych)
szklanka mocnej kawy, espresso
50g amaretto lub jakiegokolwiek likieru, rumu,(amaretto najlepsze)
kakao do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Żółtka ucieramy z cukrem, aż do uzyskania gładkiej jaśniejszej masy, ubijamy białka. Całość(jaja ubite i żółtka) mieszamy z serkiem Mascarpone, delikatnie, tak żeby był dość puszysty.
Zaparzoną kawę odcedzamy żeby nie było fusów i najlepiej na głebokim talerzyku mieszamy ją z amaretto.
Polecam zrobienie w szklanej misce.
Moczymy z jednej i drugiej strony biszkopty w tym płynie zeby dosc dobrze nasiakły i układamy na dnie,nastepnie nakładamy mase sera, znowu przekładamy biszkoptami, na to kolejna warstwa sera, można zrobić ile się chce tych warstw.

Na koniec układam dla ozdoby kilka biszkoptów na samą górę, posypuję kakao, żeby ładnie wyglądało.Wstawiam na przynajmniej 2-3h do lodówki.

to jest wersja w miseczce, po 3-4h w lodowce biszkopty super nasiakaja kremem i alkoholowo-kawowym płynem, po przekrojeniu widać ze składniki są bardzij zbite.Pieknie to wyglada, a jak smakuje!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!polecam!spróbujcie, na pewno Wam bedzie smakowało

Tiramisu bardzo dobre.Zapewne jeszcze nie raz je zrobię. Przepis super. A tak mi wyszło moje Tiramisu.
