TIRAMISU Z AMARETTO! mniaaaam

Ingredients:

2 łyżki kawy rozpuszczalnej; 3 paczki biszkoptów podłużnych;1 kg twarogu mielonego w wiaderku (może być waniliowy; sklep Netto);1 szkl. cukru1 duży cukier waniliowy;0,5 szkl. likieru migdałowego Amaretto;2 op. śmietanki Śnieżki w proszku (na mleko);1 szklanka mleka;kakao sypkie

Prepare instructions:

Śnieżkę ubić z mlekiem. Twaróg wymieszać ze Śnieżką, cukrem, cukrem waniliowym.Blachę posmarować lekko masą twarogową (tak, żeby biszkopty miały się czego trzymać). Biszkopty maczać w ostudzonym naparze kawy (2 łyżki na 1 szklankę wody) wymieszanej z Amaretto, po czym układać na blasze jeden obok drugiego. Na to wyłożyć masę twarogową (1/2), równomiernie ją rozprowadzić i posypać kakao przez sitko. Potem znowu biszkopty maczane w kawie z likierem, a na to masa serowa. Wierzch ciasta rozprowadzony równomiernie posypać kakaem. Ciasto wstawić do lodówki na 2-3 godz.

Dopiero dzisiaj znalazłam chwile aby wyrazic opinie o tym tiramisu.Jest tak pyszne z tą śmietaną ,że gości bardzo często na moim stole ku zachwycie mojej rodziny i znajomych.Ta wersja bez jaj bardziej do mnie przemawia i naprawdę jest super.Dzięki za przepis.Pozdrawiam.Ja biszkopty układam na pergaminie i jest okej.
