Ingredients:

2 duże opakowania krakersów;6 dużych opakowań herbatników Petite Beurre;1 puszka mleka skondensowanego słodzonego;1 l mleka;4 żółtka;¾ szkl. Cukru;1 szklanka mąki krupczatki½ masłą (100 g)0,5 l śmietany kremówki dobrze schłodzonej2 łyżki cukru pudru

Prepare instructions:

Masa kajmakowa: puszkę mleka wstawić do wody (nie otwierając jej!). Gotować przez 2,5-3 godz. na małym ogniu. Puszkę należy otwierać gorącą, ale należy zwrócić baczną uwagę, aby nie wybuchła i nie poparzyć się jej otwieraniu! Masa budyniowa: z 1 l mleka odlewamy szklankę, którą dodajemy do 4 żółtek
i ¾ szklanki cukru. Po utarciu dodajemy 1 szklankę mąki krupczatki.
Resztę mleka zagotować z ½ masła i dodać utartą masę( ciągle mieszając).

Powinna mieć konsystencję dobrze ściętego budyniu. Masa śmietankowa: 0,5 l śmietanki kremówki ubijamy „na twardo”z 2 łyżkami cukru pudru. Na blachę wysmarowaną masłem układamy herbatniki, wylewamy na nie gorącą masę budyniową, na nią znowu herbatniki i na nie masę kajmakową (również gorącą).
Na tę masę układamy krakersy. Odstawiamy do ostudzenia i na krakersy wykładamy masę śmietakową. Wierzch ciasta równomiernie rozprowadzony posypujemy utartymi krakersami przez sitko.

Smaczne, łatwo się robi, ale według mnie za dużo w masie budyniowej mąki. Przez to krem jest zbyt twardy. Następnym razem użyję maksymalnie pół szklanki. Poza tym bardzo szybko znika.

Ja robie na cieście biszkoptowym też bardzo dobre :)
