Torcik czekoladowo - kokosowy

Ingredients:

BISZKOPT JASNY:

4 jaja
1 szkl. mąki tortowej
1 szkl. cukru
1.5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
3 łyżki oleju
1 łyżka octu

BISZKOPT CZEKOLADOWY:

Te same składniki co powyżej, lecz ująć czubatą łyżkę mąki a zastąpić ją 1 czubatą łyżką gorzkiego kakaa.

KREM KOKOSOWY:

1 kostka masła
2 szkl. mleka
4 łyżki kaszy manny
1.5 szkl. cukru pudru
15 dag wiórków kokosowych
2 małe kieliszki wódki
aromat kokosowy lub inny - dla zapachu

POLEWA CZEKOLADOWA:

0.5 kostki malgaryny
2 łyzki wody
2 czubate łyżki kakao
0.5 szkl. cukru

Prepare instructions:

1. Jaja oddzielić od żółtek. Do białek wsypać cukier i zmiksować na białą masę. Do zmiksowanych białek na zmiane dodawać mąkę(2.Mąkę i kakao) oraz żółtka. Na końcu dodać olej oraz ocet. Piec najlepiej w prodziżu 30 min.

2. Ugotować kaszę mannę i odstawić do wystygnięcia. Masło utrzeć z cukrem na jednolitą masę. Na zmiane dodawać mannę i kokos. Na końcu dodać alkohol o aromat.

3. Wszystkie składniki wrzucić do garnuszka i zagotować. Gotować ok. 5 min aż polewa zgęstnieje.

Przekroić wystudzone biszkopty na pół. Przekładać kolorami na zmiane. Biszkopty można nasączyć lemoniadą z wody i cytryny. Dla smaku pod krem, biszkopt można posmarować dżemem z czarnej pożeczki, bądź innym nie słodkim. Wierzch polać polewą i ustroić resztą kremu według uznania.

Witam. Ja mam pytanie, czy w tym torcie mogę dać tylko ciemne biszkopty? Wtedy po przekrojeniu bedize mi sie bardziej podobał i bedzie bardziej czekoladowy :) Czy to raczej dużo zmieni w smaku i powinny być i jasne i ciemne?

Właśnie zrobiłam, ciacho wyszło super tylko za dużo cukru!! ja dałam połowę mniej i dalej mi za słodko Ale ogólnie dobre
