Ingredients:

ciasto:

5 jajek
6 łyżek cukru
20 dkg mielonych orzechów laskowych
2 łyżki kakao
2 łyżki mąki pszennej
2 płaska łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

masa:

1 kostka masła 200 g
2 czekolady gorzkie
5 kopiastch łyżek nutelli
4 wafelki orzechowe „Góralki”- koniecznie orzechowe

Prepare instructions:

Ja blaty ciasta dodatkowo nasączyłam trochę alkoholem, ale nie jest to konieczne, bo ciasto jest wilgotne. Polecam wyjąć tak z 15 minut z lodówki przed podaniem, żeby krem nie był zbyt twardy...

ciasto:
Jajka ubijamy z cukrem na puszystą masę. Dodajemy pozostałe składniki i delikatnie mieszamy. Masę wylewamy na blachę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia (u mnie tortownica 22cm) i wstawiamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do 180 stopni. Pieczemy ok 30-35 minut- do suchego patyczka.

masa:
Czekoladę rozpuszczamy na parze, studzimy i miksujemy z masłem oraz nutellą. Dodajemy pokrojone na małe kawałki wafelki. Połowę masy wykładamy na jeden orzechowy blat, przykrywamy drugim ciastem i wykładamy resztę masy.

Niestety, ale to juz ostatni kawalek.Najmniejsza tortownicw, jaka posiadam to 24 cm, wiec automatycznie nizszy wyszedl...........bardzo smaczny.
