Torcik na spodzie z ciasteczek z puszystym kremem

Ingredients:

Proporcje na tortownice 26 cm:

400 g pokruszonych ciasteczek
150 g stopionego masla
1 galaretka
400 ml smietany kremowki
owoce

Prepare instructions:

Ciasteczka pokruszyc ( pokruszone na kawalki mozna wlozyc do worka i walkiem do ciast rozwalkowac) i dodac rospuszczone maslo -wszystko zagnies dobrze. Tortownice wysmarowac maslem i wylozyc ciasteczkowy spod. Piec okolo 15 minut w 170 º C. Galaretke zrobic wg. przepisu na opakowaniu i ostudzic. Ubijajac smietane ( powinna byc juz dobrze ubita) dodawac galaretke ( nie stezala! ) Krem wylozyc na zimny spod ciasteczkowy i wygladzic. Udekorowac owocami i okruszkami ciasteczek. Schlodzic w lodowce. By sciagnac obrecz tortownicy trzeba najpierw przejechac nozem w kolo , gdyz krem zastygajac przykleja sie do scianek.

Jakie to mają być ciasteczka?

Moga byc herbaniki , biszkopty a nawet ciasteczka czekoladowe :)

Gdy urzyjmy ciasteczek czekoladowych mozemy strzec na tarce o grubych oczkach badz obieraczka do warzyw czekolade schlodzona w zamrazalniku.
