Ingredients:

BISZKOPT:

- 3/4 szklanki cukru
- 3 jajka
- 3 szklanki mąki
-pół szklani oleju
- niepełna szklanka mleka
- łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

MASA:
- 0,5 litra mleka
- 4 łyżki mąki krupczatki
- 5 łyżek cukru
- 2 cukry waniliowe
-3/4 kostki maragrayny Kasia

Ponadto:

- orzechy ( ja parzyłam)
- truskawki ( dałam z kompotu)
-banany

Można dać owoce wg uznania.

Prepare instructions:

BISZKOPT:

Cukier z jajkami ucieramy, gdy już dobrze utrzemy dodajemy nastepne składniki i dalej ucieramy.

Wylewamy na tortownicę wysmarowaną olejem i posypaną bułką tartą.

Pieczemy ok 40minut w 180-200 stopniach.

MASA:
Podgrzać mleko ( niecałe, w pół szklanki rozpuścić mąkę krupczatkę), dodać cukry a kiedy się zagotuje, wlać mleko z krupczatką i dokładnie wymieszać. Zostawić do wystygnięcia.

Gdy masa wystygnie dodać margarynę lub masło i utrzeć.

Kiedy biszkopt się upiecze i wystygnie , przeciąć na dwie części( można rownież na trzy).

Przełożyć masą i wyłożyć pokrojone banany i truskawki.

Na wierzch wylać polewę i posypac orzechami.

Hehehe oczywiście. Zabawna sprawa, otóż akurat jestem w ciąży i ten torcik mi się przyśnił...gdy rano wstałam to go zrobiłam...i dlatego jest ze snu:P.
