Ingredients:

Biszkopt: ( x2 wszystkie składniki, bo to porcja na jeden biszkopt)

9 jajek ( x2)
9 łyżek cukru pudru (x2)
9 łyżek mąki pszennej (x2)
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia (x2)
2 łyżki kakao (x2)

Krem:

1 l. mleka
3 budynie śmietankowe
10 łyżek cukru
2 margaryny Bielskie
1 masło Extra
aromat rumowy
2 łyżki kakao
1 gorzka czekolada
sok z jednej cytryny
50 ml. spirytusu

Poncz:

kawa zrobiona z 2 łyżeczek w 2 szklankach wody.( oczywiście bez fusów ;-) )
50 ml. spirytusu
2 łyżki cukru pudru
sok z cytryny do smaku

Prepare instructions:

1. Upieczone i zimne biszkopty przekroić na pół.
2. Gotujemy budynie i po wystudzeniu dodajemy po łyżce do zmiksowanej margaryny z masłem.
3. Czekolade rozpuszczamy w kąpieli wodnej lub w kuchence mikrofalowej.
4. Łączymy czekoladę z masą budyniową przygotowaną wcześniej. Dodajemy pozostałe składniki i ciągle miksujemy.
5. Przygotowanym ponczem nasączamy biszkopty - i przekładamy kremem tak aby zostało go troche na obsmarowanie tortu.

Tort na zdjęciu robiłam z podwójnej porcjii wszystkich składników.
