Ingredients:

placek:
30 dkg mąki
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
10 dkg cukru
2 zółtka plus jedno całe jajko
10 dkg margaryny
1 czubata łyżka smalcu

masa I:
40 dkg cukru
1/2 szklanki wody
70 dkg jabłek

masa II:
20 dkg zmielonych orzechów
1/2 szklanki gorącego mleka
20 dkg masła
20 dkg cukru

polewa:
3 łyżki wody
1 łyżka masła
1 łyżka kakao

Prepare instructions:

1.Z podanych składników pieczemy placek
2. Masa I : cukier i wodę gotujemy do konsystencji gęstego syropu , dodajemy do niego utarte na tarce o grubych oczkach jabłka i gotujemy na gęstą masę , uwazając ,żeby nie przypalić.
Gorącą masę jabłkową wykładamy na placek i zostawiamy do wystudzenia.
3.Masa II:orzechy sparzamy w mleku, mieszamy , studzimy. Masło ucieramy z cukrem , dodajemu orzechy. Masę wykładamy na wystudzone jabłka.
4. Polewa czekoladowa - gotujemy na patelni wszystkie składniki i smarujemy tort.

Tort zostawiamy w spokoju w lodówce co najmniej na 24 godz.
Potem już sama radość.

Chciałam upiec Twój torcik na imieniny-powiedz mi tylko jakie orzechy(domyślam się ,że włoskie-ale mam akurat w domu trochę laskowych i trzebaby je wykorzystać;)Myślisz ,że mogą być?pozdrooo

Orzechy włoskie, z innymi też będzie ok;))) w każdym razie tak myślę:)))

Wcześniej z przepisie była druga propozycja na placek, którą ostatecznie usunęłam, żeby nie mieszać. Tak jak jest teraz smakuje chyba najlepiej. W samej kwestii wykonania ciasta: wrzucam wszystko do miski i zagniatam ciasto. I już:)))
