Ingredients:

Ciasto: 25 dkg.maku
           10 dkg.cukru
           10 dkg.migdałów
             3 łyżki rumu
          1/4 szklanki miodu
             6 jajek
          kilka biszkoptów szampanek

Krem: 25 dkg.masła
          3 łyżki kawy instant
          1 szklanka cukru-pudru
             kieliszek likieru kawowego

Polewa: 10 dkg.gorzkiej czekolady
          1/2 szklanki cukru-pudru
             2 łyżki masła
          1/2 szklanki śmietany kremówki
               łyżka likieru czekoladowego

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopty drobno pokruszyć.Mak kilka razy wypłukać,zalać wrzątkiem i odstawić na kilka godzin.Odcedzić,zemleć w maszynce z drobnym sitkiem.Migdały sparzyć,obrać i grubo posiekać.Żołtka utrzeć z cukrem,dodawać po łyżce maku,rozpuszczony miód,migdały,rum i biszkopty a na końcu pianę ubitą na sztywno.Makowo-biszkoptową masę wyłożyć do tortownicy(natłuszczonej)Piec ok.50 min.w temp.180 stopni.Ostudzić.

Masło utrzeć z cukrem na pianę,wsypać kawę,wlać likier.Wstawić na 30 min.do lodówki.Kremem posmarować grubo wierzch i boki tortu lub przekroić ciasto na pół i nałożyć krem.Odstawić na 30 min.do lodówki.

Czekoladę pokruszyć.Razem ze śmietaną,masłem,cukrem i likierem rozpuścić w gorącej kąpieli wodnej.Wymieszać.
Tort polewać nitkami,formując z nich ozdobne esy-floresy.Odstawić do zastygnięcia.

Biszkopt makowy jest super.Można zrobić go wcześniej kilka dni lub zamrozić.Proponuje jednak krem z jajek z cukrem pudrem ubitych na parze Po ochłodzeniu masy jajecznej łączę z roztartym masłem ,spirytusem i łyżką kawy rozpuszczlnej i olejkiem migdałowym.Ten tort ma wzzystkie inne torty pod sobą.Gorąco polecam
