Tortilla po katalońsku

Ingredients:

(na 4 os.)

6 jajek

80 g. pieczarek

3 pomidory

3 ząbki czosnku

1 duża cebula

1 strąk czerwonej papryki

2 łyżki oliwy do smażenia

nać pietruszki

sól

pieprz

sok z 1/2 cytryny

Prepare instructions:

Pozbawione skórki pomidory pokrajać w kostkę. Strąk papryki oczyscić z szypułki, pestek i pokroić na paski. Cebulę i czosnek drobno posiekać. Pieczarki wypłukać, obrać ze skórki i cienko pokrajać. Wszystko usmażyć na oliwie i pod koniec smażenia dodać sól i pieprz oraz sok z cytryny i trzymać w cieple. Następnie oddzielić żółtka od białek. Z białek ubić sztywną pianę, a nastepnie dodawać do tego (miksując) kolejno po jednym żółtku. Wylać ciasto na goracą patelnię posmarowaną oliwą i smażyć podnosząc widelcem brzeg omletu, aby tortilla smażyła się równomiernie. Nałożyć przygotowany farsz na połowę omletu, zawinąć i podawać posypany posiekaną nacią pietruszki. Smacznego!

Bardzo mi smakowało, pyszne polecam.

Bardzo smaczne, choć nie wiem jaki jest sens podnoszenia brzegów, skoro ciasto na sztywnej pianie i tak się nie rozleje pod spód. Przykryłam patelnię przykrywką i wyszło naprawdę puszyste i smaczne. Może profanuję w ten sposób tortillę, ale nie miałam innego pomysłu. W każdym razie tortilla - palce lizać.
