Ingredients:

2 szkl + 1 łyżka mąki pszennej
25 dag masła roślinnego
8 łyżek oleju
5 jajek
1 szkl cukru
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
2 łyżki kakao
1/2 szkl maku-suchego
zapach np.waniliowy

Prepare instructions:

Masło utrzeć z żółtkami i cukrem na puszystą masę. Następnie dodać proszek do pieczenia,olej i zapach.Białka ubić na sztywną pianę. Do masy wsypać mąkę (2 szkl) i dodać ubitą pianę.Starannie wymieszać. Ciasto podzielić na 3 równe części. Do 1 dodać 1 łyżkę mąki, do 2 dodać 2 łyżki kakao,do 3 dodać 1/2 szkl maku-wszystie dokładnie wymieszać z dadatkami (oczywiście osobno). Blaszkę wysmarować tłuszczem i posypać bułką tartą. Na blaszkę wyłożyć ciasto białe-1, potem z kakao-2, na koniec z makiem-3.Piec ok 45 minut-aż się ładnie zarumieni. Całość posypać cukrem pudrem lub polać polewą czekoladową-1/4 kostki margaryny.3 łyżki cukru,3 łyżki wody i 3 łyżki kakao.wszystko razem dobrze utrzeć na małym ogniu. SMACZNEGO

Robiłem już kiedyś podobne ciasto. Zamiast masy makowej miałem masę z kisielem owowcowym. Ciasto smaczne. Maku nie trzeba jakoś wcześniej ugotowac, przemielic?

Maku nie trzeba ani parzyć, ani mielić-dlatego w przepisie jest "1/2 szkl maku-suchego"

Ciasto jest bardzo dobre,ja zamiast 1 łyzki mąki do 1 części dodaję 150 g wiórek kokosowych
