– śliwki suszone - kalifornijskie;
– (względnie: śliwki świeże);
– ciasto pierogowe >> zobacz;

polewa, np:

– śmietana:
– z cukrem;
– osłodzona z wanilią;
– masło.

Prepare instructions:

Brzmienie utworu:

Umyj ręce!

Zagnieć ciasto pierogowe.
Z rozwałkowanego ciasta wykrawaj szklanką kółka, na wewnętrzną stronę połóż śliwkę i zlep brzegi ciasta.

Wrzucaj pierogi porcjami na osolony wrzątek, gotuj przez około 2 minuty od wypłynięcią pierogów.

Podawaj na stół w półmisku - jeżeli w wersji z masłem,

bądź też polane na talerzach śmietaną.

to ulubione pierogi w mojej rodzinie, na wigilie stanowi jako jedno z 12 dan na stole:))

Jak byłam dzieckiem, to moja śp. ciotka przygotowywała takie pierozki ze świeżych śliwek. Do tego był sos śmietanowo-cynamonowy. Mhmmm :) Dawno już takich pierogów nie jadłam. Pzdr
