Ingredients:

CIASTO:

-4 jajka

-3/4 szklanki mąki

1/4 szklanki mąki ziemniaczanej

- 2 łyżki kakao

-płaska łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

-3/4 szklanki cukru

MASA:

-500 ml. śmietany (30 lub 36%)+ 2 łyżki cukru pudru

- 2 galaretki cytrynowe (rozpuścić w 300 ml gorącej wody-wystudzić)

-2 serki wanilinowe po 150 gr.

Prepare instructions:

Jaja ubić z cukrem na puch. Dodać przesiane mąki , kakao i proszek do pieczenia.Delikatnie wymieszać . Piec w temp 180 st. około 30 min.

Śmietanę ubić z cukrem. Dodać serki i wystudzoną galaretkę. Delikatnie wymieszać.

Biszkopt przekroić na pół. Jeden placek przełożyć połową masy. Przykryć drugim. Rozsmarować drugą połowę. Udekorować wiórkami czekolady

Witaj marta0111 jak możesz to podaj dokładne ilości podanych składników np. ile gram serka waniliowego , ile procent ma mieć śmietana. Pozdrawiam i z chęcią wypróbuję twoją w-zetkę :)
