Wątróbki drobiowe

Ingredients:

300 gr wątróbek drobiowych
3 dość duże twarde, kwaskowate jabłka
3 cebule
mąka do obtoczenia wątróbek
sól, pieprz
olej do smażenia

Wszystkie ilości podane orientacyjnie - każdy dobiera wg własnych upodobań.

Prepare instructions:

Cebule obrać i pokroić w półplasterki. "Zeszklić" na oleju. Zdjąć z patelni. Obrać jabłka, przekroić na połowę a potem na plastry (0,5-1cm). Wrzucić na patelnię i podsmażyć (mieszać, żeby się nie przypaliły). Zdjąć z patelni. Wątróbkę oczyścić, umyć, obtoczyć w mące (nie solić) obsmażyć na złoto na oleju. Pod koniec smażenia posolić i popieprzyć. Na sam koniec wrzucić cebulę i jabłka żeby się zagrzały. Podawać na ciepło z chlebem lub ziemniakami. Kwaskowate jabłka powodują, że wątróbka nie jest taka sucha i "zatykająca". Smacznego.

przepis dobry, ale ja robię troche odwrotnie - najpierw smażę lekko wątróbki, potem dodaję cebulę i jabłka i podduszam całość - wszystko przepysznie "przechodzi"
