Wegańskie ciasto

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

2 szklanki mąki
1 1/2 szklanki cukru
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
od 4 do 8 łyżek kakao
1/2 szklanki oleju
3/4 szklanki wody
cukier waniliowy

Polewa:

1/4 magraryny
łyżka kakao
2 łyżki cukru

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:

2 szklanki przesianej mąki zmiksować z olejem i wodą. Dodać cukier, proszek do pieczenia, kakao, cukier waniliowy.

Można dodać jeszcze dżemu, ale ja robię bez.

Wszystko piec 40 minut w piekarniku na 180 - 200 stopni.

Polewa:

Składniki podałam przykładowo, ponieważ ja przeważnie robię "na oko" ;) Jeżeli będzie za słodkie - dodać kakaa, jeżeli zbyt gorzkie - cukru. Jeżeli za mało - margaryny, itd.. No i chyba oczywiste, że wszystko razem rozpuszczamy w rondelku.

Jakiej używasz margaryny?

zależy od tego jaka w domu jest :)
nie radze tylko używać takich tanich margaryn firmy 'tesco' czy 'biedronka', bo z nimi nie mam za miłych wspomnień.
poza tym można też dać gotową polewę gdy ta nie wyjdzie.

Ciasto jest bardzo dobre, szczególnie na drugi dzień, mocno czekoladowe, pyszne. Dolałam troche wiecej wody i oleju, gdyż było bardzo gęste, dzieki za przepis.
