Skladniki na 2 osoby:

600g. ugotowanych w mundurkach ziemniakow
4 jajka
100g. cebuli
200g. boczuku wedzonego lub szynki
100g. pieczarek
tluszcz do smazenia
sol
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Ugotowane w mundurkach ziemniaki obrac i pokroic w plasterki.
Ziemniaki z drobno pokrojona cebulka usmazyc na odrobinie tluszczu na patelni, az beda mialy ladny zloty kolor.
Oddzielnie podpiec pokrojony w kosteczke boczek jak rowniez pieczarki.
Wszystkie skladniki wymieszac. Rozmacone jajka doprawic sola i pieprzem, dodac do pozostalych skladnikow, wymieszac i wszystko razem upiec jak omlet.

Oryginalna nazwa potrawy to wiejskie sniadanie, ale rownie dobrze a moze nawet lepiej nadaje sie na obiadek. Wtedy polecam zaserwowac do tego jakas dobra suroweczke lub salatke np. z pomidorow.
