Zapiekane pierogi z mięsem w sosie serowym

Ingredients:

1 paczka pierogów z mięsem
2 serki topione (po100-150g)
100-150g sera tartego (nie słonego)
200ml śmietany 18%
kostka rosołu drobiowego
natka pietruszki/ kostka pietruszki z Knora
sół
pieprz

żaroodporne naczynie

Prepare instructions:

Podgotować (nie ugotować) pierogi w osolonej wodzie.

Sos:

Rozpuścić kostkę rosołową w 400ml gorącej wody, 1/3 wlać do garnka,

dodać serki topione i na małym ogniu je roztopić.

Dolewamy resztę płynu, czekamy aż się zagotuje,

po czym dodajemy śmietanę i doprawiamy pieprzem i pietruszką do smaku.

Jak sos jest za rzadki, można trochę pogotować, aż część płynu odparuje.

Odcedzone pierogi wkładamy do żaroodpornego naczynia i zalewamy sosem.

Należy tak wymieszać sos z pierogami, aby każdy pieróg był mokry.

Posypujemy serem i zapiekamy w ok.180⁰ aż ser się zarumieni.

Tak, ja zrobiłam z mrożonkami ;)
Ale pewnie z niemrożonymi tez by dobre wyszły,
tylko nieradziłabym ich zbyt długo gotować, jak siedzą w piekarniku, mogły by sie rozgotować ;)
