Zapiekanka makaronowa z brokułami

Ingredients:

Dla dwóch osób:

     ♦ makaron wstążki lub penne (dokładnej ilości nie podaję, ma to być "mniej więcej" porcja jaką zwykle gotujemy na obiad- u mnie są to 2-3 garści)
     ♦ 300g brokuł
     ♦ 6 pieczarek
     ♦ 2 pętka kiełbasy myśliwskiej, dębowej lub śląskiej
     ♦ 1 cebula
     ♦ 1 op. sosu serowego (ja użyłam "Knorra")
     ♦ 5 dkg sera żółtego
     ♦ sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Brokuły umyć, podzielić na różyczki, zblanszować.

Makaron ugotować w posolonej wodzie. Przełożyć na durszlak, przelać zimną wodą, odstawić.

Cebulę pokroić w ćwierćtalarki, pieczarki i kiełbasę w plasterki. Cebulę zeszklić na maśle, dodać pieczarki, posolić, popieprzyć. Na końcu dodać kiełbasę. Smażyć kilka minut.

Sos serowy przygotować zgodnie z przepisem na opakowaniu.
Ser zetrzeć na tarce o dużych oczkach.

Na dno żaroodpornego naczynia wyłożyć makaron, następnie przesmażone pieczarki z cebulą i kiełbasą i na końcu ułożyć brokuły. Wszystko zalać sosem serowym i wierzch posypać starkowanym serem.

Piec ok.30-40 min. w 180°C.

gdzie dostane ten sos serowy? Czy to jest jakiś z fixów?

Ja używam zwykłego sosu serowego z paczki (najczęściej "Knorra")
