Zapiekanka z ziemniaczków

Ingredients:

ziemniaki
0,5 kg pieczarek
1 kostka grzybowa Knorr
puszka kukurydzy Bonduelle
3 - 4 cebule
2 - 3 laski kiełbasy podwawelskiej lub toruńskiej albo 10 parówek które ładnie się smażą
ser żółty do posypania zapiekanki
przyprawa do ziemniaków Kamis

Prepare instructions:

1. Gotujemy ziemniaki tak żeby się nie rozpadły. Kroimy w plasterki.
2. Pieczarki w paski dusimy z kostką grzybową
3. Smażymy cebulkę w ćwierćtalarki
4. Kiełbasę kroimy w kostkę (parówki w talarki) i smażymy osobno
5. Następnie w żaroodpornym naczyniu układamy warstwami: ziemniaki posypane przyprawą, pieczarki wymieszane z cebulką, kiełbasę, kukurydzę, znowu ziemniaki ...., na końcu obsypujemy całość obficie startym żółtym serem i wstawiamy do nagrzanego piekarnika na ok. 30 minut. Pieczemy w temperaturze 180 - 200 stopni. Naprawdę dobre i sycące.

Dobre w smaku ale niestety nie tworzy to całości, najlepiej jeść łyżką ;) tak sie zastanwiam co zrobic żeby była ta zapiekanka zespolona, może serem posypywać każdą warstwę? czekam na pomysły =)

Robie taka zapiekanke /bez kukurydzy/ ale przed posypaniem zoltym serem calosc zalewam smietana wymieszana z rozkloconym jajkiem
