Zapiekanka ziemniaczana po prowansalsku

Ingredients:

1,5 kg ziemniaków, 15 dag żółtego sera, 15 dag szynki, 3 ugotowane na twardo jajka, 3 pomidory tarta bułka, mleko (wg. potrzeby) masło, sól, pieprz i gałka muszkatołowa do smaku.

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki umyć, obrać, opłukać, ugotować, odcedzić, przecisnąć przez praskę. Dodać sól. pieprz, gałkę i tyle mleka, aby powstało nie za gęste puree. Połowę masy wyłożyć na dno natłuszczonego naczynia, posypać startym żółtym serem i pokrojoną w paski szynką oraz jajkami pokrojonymi w grubszą kostkę. Warstwę tę pokryć drugą częścią puree ziemniaczanego. Wierzch posypać tartą bułką i wiórkami masła. Zapiekać w średnio nagrzanym piekarniku przez ok. 1/2 godz. Przed podaniem udekorować pomidorami pokrojonymi w ósemki.

Wczoraj robiłam Twoją zapiekankę. Wyszła pyszna :)
Mam jednak pytanko: Jaką powinna mieć konsystencje? Bo ciężko mi się ją zdejmowało z formy. Troche się rozciaprała. Czy powinna być bardziej spieczona?
