Ingredients:

1/2 szklanki cukru
   1 kostka masła
   4 jaja( żółtka i białka osobno)
   5 łyżeczek żelatyny
   8 łyżek gorącej wody
   1 szklanka mleka
   4 galaretki(po 2 jednakowe)
      cukier waniliowy
      olejek cytrynowy

Prepare instructions:

Masło,cukier,żółtka razem utrzeć do białości.W tym czasie zagotować galaterki(2szt. w 3/4l.wody)oraz rozrobić żelatynę w garącej wodzie.
Galaretki ostudzić i wlać do wyłożonej zwykłą folią,dużej tortownicy.Wstawić do lodówki.
Żelatynę wlać do ciepłego mleka,po czym wymiesać z masą.Na koniec ubić białak z 1/2 szklanki cukru i dodać do masy.
Rozpuścić drugą porcję galaretek - taka sama proporcja.
Masę podzielić na 2 części z której jedną jasną wylać na stężałą już w tortownicy galaretkę.Ponownie wstawić do lodówki.

Drugą część masy rozmieszać z 3 łyżkami kakao(musi być gładka masa,bez grudek) i wyłożyć na tamte warstwy.Na sam koniec wylewamy galaretki i wstawiamy znów do lodówki.
Schładzamy około 2 godzin przed podaniem.
Galaretki najlepiej prezentują się jeżeli są czerwone i zielone lub zielone i pomarańczowe.

Żelowiec wygląda również bardzo efektownie,gdy dobrze stężałe galaretki pokroimy w kostkęi delikatnie ale dokładnie wymieszamy z całą masą kremową.
