Ingredients:

Masa ziemniaczna:

Ziemniaki okolo kilograma
Ser żółty - 25 dg
Koperek lub natka pietruszki
Cebulka
Czosnek 1-2 ząbki

Panierka:

Mąka
Bułka tarta
Sezam
Jajko

Prepare instructions:

Gotujemy ziemniaki
Cebulkę kroimy w małą kosteczkę, podsmażamy.
Ser żółty ścieramy na tarce o grubszych oczkach
W miseczce mieszamy przestudzoną cebulkę, ser, koperek i wyciśnięty czosnek.
Ugotowane ziemniaki studzimy i przeciskamy przez praskę. Mieszamy wszystko razem
Doprawimy do smaku pieprzem, solą, chilly.
Robimy kulki na wielkość orzecha włoskiego.
Panierujemy w mące, jajku i bułce zmieszanej z sezamem.
Smażymy na głębokim oleju około 3 minut.

Dla ulepszenia można dodac pokrojone w drobną kostkę i podsmażome na masełku pieczarki. Ja tak zrobię następnym razem.

Serwowałam z pieczonym kurczaczkiem i suróweczka z rzodkiewiek, szczypiorku, serem feta w sosie jogurtowo-śmietanowym.

super. czegoś takiego szukałem.

Kuleczki smaczne i ładnie się prezentują. U mnie wystąpiły jako dodatek do kiełbaski z grilla, podane z tradycyjnym coleslawem.
