Złociste placuszki kukurydziane

Ingredients:

2 jajka
puszka kukurydzy
2 łyżki mleka
60 g masła
50 g mąki
łyżeczka curry
łyżka soku z cytryny
łyżka cukru
łyżka siekanej natki pietruszki
sól , pieprz do smaku
olej

Prepare instructions:

Rozbijamy jajka , oddzielamy żółtka od białek .Połowę kukurydzy
miksujemy z żółtkami , mlekiem curry i masłem . Resztę kukurydzy
mieszamy z mąką oraz solą i pieprzem do smaku . Białka ubijamy na sztywno z sokiem z cytryny , cukrem i siekaną natką .Następnie
całość dobrze mieszamy . Smażymy na oleju małe placki , z obu
stron na złoto .
Bardzo dobre z sałatką z pomidorów , czerwonej cebulki i świeżych

ziół , oprószonych solą i pieprzem . Placuszki smakują też świetnie
polane łagodnym keczupem lub sosem pomidorowym .

Po usmażeniu najlepiej trzymać w cieple , aby zachowały chrupkość
i aromat .

Naprawdę tylko 50 gram mąki?

Mała poprawka - 60 g mąki to jest mniej jak połowa szklanki - jeśli będzie mało to do wymaganej konsystencji placków dołożysz . Robiłam w/g przepisu i wyszły naprawdę super.
