Ingredients:

Dla 2 osób:

1 duża (podwójna) pierś z kurczaka

1 jajko

1 cebula

bułka tarta

kawałek ogórka kiszonego lub w occie, kawałeczek papryki lub pieczarka marynowana.

sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Mięso przeciąć na dwa kotlety.

Odciąć polędwiczki (z piersi) i zmielić je z 1/4 cebuli.

Dodać 1/2 jajka, bułkę tartą , sól i pieprz.

Wymieszać dokładnie.

Kotlety rozbić tłuczkiem. Przyprawić solą i pieprzem.

Mięso mielone podzielić na dwie porcję.

Rozpłaszczyć i w w środek każdej włożyć kawałek ogórka itp.

Zrobić kulkę.

Kulkę położyć na rozbitym kotlecie, spłaszczyć.

Zwinąć mięso w roladkę, spiąć wykałaczką

Obtoczyć w mące.

Smażyć na rozgrzanym tłuszczu, dodać resztę pokrojonej cebuli.

Smażyć kilka minut, podlać wodą, dusić do miękkości.

Zaprawić mąką, można dodać śmietanę.

Fajne!!! Tak sobie pomyślałam, że oprócz ogórka, czy papryki może być też wersja owocowa np. z brzoskwinią albo jabłkiem. Pomysł świetny. Pozdrawiam cieplutko!

Jeśli lubicie mięsa na słodko to jak najbardziej można dodać kawałek jabłka czy brzoskwini.
