Ingredients:

1kg zrazówki
s cebule
1/4kg pieczarek
2 grube kromki czerstwego razowego(ale razowego nie barwionego na brązowo )pieczywa
2 łyżki masła
2 łyżki drobno posiekanej natki
bulion
sól
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Umyte, osuszone mięso kroimy w dość cienkie plastry(można schłodzić -nie zamrażać - w zamrażarce i wtedy łatwo się kroi) i rozbic tłuczkiem. Posolić, popieprzyć.
Cebulę drobno posiekać i przesmażyć na maśle, dodać drobno posiekane pieczarki, natkę, utarty na tarce razowiec. Posolić, popieprzyć, podlac bulionem i dusić. farsz powinien być gęsty i smarowny.
Farsz rozsmarowujemy na mięsie i zwijamy rulony. Obwiazać nitką i obsmażyć na rozgrzanym maśłe(żeby się nie przypaliło dodajemy ciut oliwy lub oleju), obrumieniamy z każdej strony, podlewamy resztą bulionu i dusimy na wolnym ogniu do miękkości.Bulion w razie potrzeby uzupełniamy.

Podajemy z kaszana gryczaną sypko.

WSPANIAŁE! Do takich zrazików bardzo pasują ogóreczki kiszone albo małosolne. Jestem fanką zrazików i robie je na rozne sposoby-np ze słoninką, ogórkiem, a nawet z papryką - ale ten przepis jest wart uwagi. Polecam!
