Zupa cebulowa

Ingredients:

2 duże cebule lub 3 mniejsze

2 duże ziemniaki

1 średnia marchewka

1 serek topiony trójkątny Hochland smak serowy może być innej firmy

1 kostka rosołowa warzywna

liść laurowy, ziele angielskie, pieprz, sól, curry

Prepare instructions:

- ziemniaki i marchewkę kroimy i gotujemy po ugotowaniu miksujemy

- cebulę kroimy w cieniutkie paski i na małej ilości masła lub oleju podsmażamy (zeszklić)

- wszystkie składniki łączymy razem czyli ziemniaki, marchewkę i cebulę na tym etapie gotowania zupa powinna się zrobić kremowa

- dodajemy serek, liść laurowy, ziele angielskie dalej gotujemy

- na sam koniec dodajemy przyprawy pieprz i curry proponuję nie żałować curry nadaje smak dla zupy

- na rozgrzanej patelni z małą ilością tłuszczu podsmażamy pokrojony w kostkę chleb (robimy grzanki)

Zupę podajemy z grzankami i startym serem.

Zrobiłam, rodzinka zachwycona. Bardzo dobrze komponuje sie nei tylko z grznkami, ale też z wkrojoną, podgrzaną wcześniej parówką... dziękuję, jeszcze nie raz skorzystam z przepisu!

Ja często robię z grzankami bo zawsze w chlebaku mam ogryzek chleba nie pierwszej świeżości który nikt nie chce jeść więc żeby nic się nie marnował kroję chleb w kostkę i podsmażam na patelni. Dzieciaczki uwielbiają takie grzaneczki.
