Ingredients:

30/40 dag suszonych grzybów
mąka
masło
przyprawy
bułki

Prepare instructions:

Grzyby zalewamy wodą i odstawiamy je na cała noc.Stawiamy je na gas i gotujemy aż zmiękną(coś około 3-4 godzin w zaleznosci od grzybow).Gdy grzyby mamy już miękkie to wyciągamy je z wody i kroimi w mała kosteczke po czym wrzucamy je z powrotem do garnka.na patelni robimy zasmarzke żeby tą zupe zagęścić,dodajemy przyprawy i gotowe.Bułki kroimy w kosteczke i robimy z nich grzanki.Zupka grzybowa bardzo dobra

Z przepisu wynika, że zupa praktycznie gotuje się sama, niezbyt wiele pracy przy niej.Krojenie grzybów i bułek na grzanki nie jest aż chyba tak pracachłonne:) No i z tym gotowaniem 3-4h po całonocnym moczeniu to też lekka przesada. Przepis łatwy a potrawa smaczna i szybka w wykonaniu Polecam .
