Zupa-krem z brukselki

Ingredients:

Półtora litra wywaru z włoszczyzny
25 dag brukselki (może być mrożona)
ewentualnie mały seler
2-3 szt. ziemniaka
około pół szklanki śmietany 18%
przyprawa do zup (łyżka)
2-3 łyżki startego żółtego sera

Ilości można podwoić, w zależności ile osób zasiądzie do stołu.
Zupę podawać najlepiej w małych miseczkach,filiżankach lub bulionówkach.

Prepare instructions:

Umyte brukselki oraz drobno pokrojony seler, ziemniaki w kostkę włożyć do garnka z wywarem i zagotować.
Po 20 minutach wyjąć miękkie warzywa,zmiksować w blenderze i włożyć z powrotem do garnka z wywarem.
Zagotować zupę,przyprawić, zdjąć z ognia i po chwili, gdy przestanie wrzeć podprawić śmietaną, ale niekoniecznie i startym serem, starannie wymieszać.
Podawać z małymi grzankami z bułki lub groszkiem ptysiowym.
Śmietanę można podać osobno, "kleksem" na zupę.

Tak samo można przyrządzić zupę-krem z kalafiora lub brokułów. Pyszne!!

Zgadza się, zupa jest pyszna! Zrobiłam tylko nieco inaczej z miksowaniem - warzywa zmiksowałam w małej ilości wywaru, a później stopniowo rozcieńczałam gęsty krem. Tak było łatwiej :)
