Zupa pieczarkowo-brokułowa kremowa

Ingredients:

1 kg pieczarek
500 g brokuła(mrożony lub świeży)
1-2 marchewki
2 cebule
3-4 żółtka
2 łyżki mąki
1 szkl śmietany
natka pietruszki-dużo!
liść laurowy,ziele angielskie
sól,pieprz ziołowy
sok z cytryny(niekoniecznie)

Prepare instructions:

Zupę możemy ugotować na wywarze np.z kostki lub na bazie rosołu,albo po prostu na wodzie(będzie zdrowiej

).
Do garnka wlewamy wodę(rosół) ok 1,5 litra i wrzucamy brokuł,marchewkę,liść laurowy i ziele angielskie
W tym czasie przesmażamy drobno posiekaną cebulę.Do cebuli dodajemy pokrojone w plastry pieczarki i dusimy razem ok 5-10 minut.
Ugotowany brokuł(i ewentualnie marchew) "traktujemy" blenderem(uwaga na liść i ziele angielskie!).Następnie dodajemy pieczarki z cebulką.

Wszystko gotujemy dosłownie chwilę.Śmietanę,żółtka i mąkę mieszamy(proponuję blender lub mikser)i wlewamy do zupy i nie gotujemy!Przyprawiamy do smaku solą,pieprzem ziołowym i sokiem z cytryny.Natkę pietruszki dodaję przy przyprawianiu,bo na talerzu zawsze zapominam...

Przepis trafia do ulubionych ... Kłaniam się nisko kucharzowi, który udostępnił ten przepis na W/Ż ... Ta zupa-krem jest REWELACYJNA
