3 srednie ziemniaki
2 srednie pory
20g masla
2 lyzki oleju
1-(2jesli ktos preferuje smak cebulowy) duza cebula
grzanki
2-3 kostki rosolowe
pieprz sol

Prepare instructions:

wczesniej oskrobane i umyte ziemniaczki kroimy na male kawalki
wstawiamy jest do garnka z woda ( ok 1-1.5l ) i dodajemy kostki rosolowe pozostawiamy do zagotwoania (im wieksza islosc ziemniakow tym zupa staje sie gesciejsza oczywiscie proporcie sa przygotowane na ok 1-1.5osoby lubiacze bardziej kreowa konsystence polecam zmiejszyc ilosc wydy dla uzyskania gesciejszej zupki)

podczas kiedy ziemniaczki sie gotuja my kroimy por i cebulke na talarki i obsmazamy na szklisty kolor po czym wszytsko laczymy ze soba w garnku z gotujacymi sie ziemniaczkami i dodajemy maselko.solimy pieprzymy mozemy dodac vegety w zaleznosci jak kto lubi

po 20min gotowania mozemy (badz kiedy ziemniaczki juz beda bardzo miekkie) odstawiamy garnek na bok i uzywajac recznego miksera robimy papke jak dla dzieki
