Zupa szczawiowa z jajkiem na zaprawce

Ingredients:

2 litry wody
2 udka z kurczaka + 1^1/2 kostki rosołowej
2 marchewki
1 słoiczek szczawiu lub 1^1/2 pęczku świerzego szczawiu
ok 0,5 kg ziemniaków
4 jajka
sól lub vegeta
pieprz czarny

porcja dla 4/5 osob

Prepare instructions:

Do wody wrzucic udka wraz z kostkami rosołowymi i ugotowac wywar. Jeśli podczas wywaru (są przypadki) utworzy sie korzuch zdjac łyżka lub sitkiem. Gdy mieso bedzie miękkie wyjąć i obskubać z kości. Dodać do wywaru starta marchewke, szczaw, ziemniaki pokrojone w kostke, rozdrobnione mieso, nastepnie doprawic przyprawami
(ja osobiście uwielbiam dodać do zupy smazonego, drobno pokrojonego boczku mmm )

Gotować az ziemniaki beda miekkie, na koniec zaprawic zasmażką lub śmietana wymieszana z mąkką (zaprawka).

Różnica miedzy zasmażka a zaprawką polega na tym iż zasmażka nadaje gęstszą konsystencje natomist zaprawka z lekka rzadką lecz zupa przybiera delikatności, niczym aksamit w ustach...

W mojej kuchni nie goszczą kostki rosołowe. Będzie źle jak ich nie dodam?

Oczywiscie ze kostki nie sa wymagane moze pani zamiast tego dodac wegety lub soli oraz pieprzu ... Wedlug pani uznania. Ja akurat bez kostek ani rusz... pozdrawiam
