Ingredients:

Przepis na 2 osoby

1 cebula
1 marchewka
pol lodygi selera
nac pietruszki
szpinak jesli mrozony 2 kostki ok. 120 g (swiezy 100 g)
pol szklanki ryzu
1lyzka oliwy lub pol lyzeczki masla
ser tarty do posypania (parmezan lub inny)
sol, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Do nieduzego garnka wlac ok. 1,5 litra zimnej wody
Wrzucic przekrojona na pol cebule, marchewke pokrojona w talarki, drobno pokrojony seler i zamrozony szpinak (jesli mamy swiezy to surowe rozdrobnione liscie)
Wstawiamy na gas, solimy i gotujemy ok. 20 min. pod przykryciem
Sprawdzamy czy warzywa sa miekkie
Wrzucamy ryz i gotujemy wszystko razem jeszcze ok. 10-15 min. w zaleznosci od typu ryzu i gustu.
Przyprawiamy do smaku sola i pieprzem
Nalewamy na talerze, okraszamy maslem lub oliwa, goraca zupe posypujemy serem, aby ten sie rozpuscil

Jest to ekspresowa zupa, zdrowa, pozywna i wygodna szczegolnie jesli mamy pusta lodowke ;)

no zawsze zupe szpinakowa robie z ziemniakami tluczonymy ale ta wersja mi sie podoba ,musze taka ugotowac.Pozdrawiam

wlasnie wczoraj jadlam i ja tu wpisalam, ja ja robie kiedy nie mam czasu a chce mi sie czegos cieplego i szybkiego z wieczora... :)
