dorka!! Zrobiłam Twoje ogórki w połowie sierpnia a teraz pojawił się na nich dziwny biały kożuszek -nie ma zapachu pleśni.
Czemu tak się stało??? i czy takie ogórki nadają się do zjedzenia???

Alman, twoja mizeria jest super! Otwarłam słoiczek po pięciu dniach aby spróbować i ogórki były..chrupkie /zawsze moje mizerie w słoikach była "flaczasta"/ napisz proszę czy ta chrupkość pozostanie do zimy?? I jeszcze jedno-robiłam z ogórków gruntowych, czy ze szklarniowych też można?

 Inko21 czy cukier w tej konfiturze ma znaczenie tylko smakowe, czy wpływa też na konsystencję -po prostu chciałabym dać go mniej i nie wiem czy można??
