Gazpacho ma być gładkie,tylko jeśli ktoś chce może dodać bardzo drobno posiekane warzywa na wirzch,ale samo w sobie jest blenderowane i później przecierane przez sitko lub

Zrobiłam z pieczarek z puszki,bo akurat nie miałam świeżych i pychota,następnym razem zrobie ze świeżych to bedzie miodzik

Zalewe normalnie to sie robi z:2l.wody,1szkl.octu,5 lyzek cukru,2 soli...i pieczarki zeby byly biale,to trzeba bardzo duzo dac soku lub kwasku cytrynowego.
