Ingredients:

duża paczka biszkoptów

Masa:

1/2 l mleka

4 żółtka

1 1/2 szkl. cukru pudru

1/2 szkl. mąki ziemniaczanej

2 kostki masła extra (ważne)

1 puszka ananasów

1 czekolada gorzka

15 dag rodzynek

15 dag orzechów

2 łyżki kakao

napar z kawy rozpuszczalnej do maczania biszkoptów

polewa czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

3/4 mleka zagotować, w reszcie rozrobić żółtka, cukier i mąkę, wlać na gotujące mleko, zagotować razem budyń. Ostudzić.

Masło utrzeć na puch, dodać ostudzony budyń i utrzeć na krem. Podzielić masę na dwie części.

Do jednej części dołożyć dobrze odsączone ananasy pokrojone w kostkę.

Do drugiej części dodać kakao, bakalie i pokrojoną drobno czekoladę.

Foremkę wyłożyć biszkoptami nasączonymi kawą. Na to wyłożyć masę z ananasami. Na masę z ananasami wyłożyć masę z bakaliami.

Na wierzch ułożyć biszkopty nasączone kawą i polać wszystko polewą czekoladową. Dobrze schłodzić w lodówce.

Placek jest pyszny i wcale nie jest bardzo słodki jakby się mogło wydawać.

Ja do polewy czekoladowej wkruszyłam dwa "Grześki" w polewoe z gorzkiej czekolady.

Przepraszam, że dopiero dziś odpisuje ale nie miałam komputera. Blaszka taka prostąkątna ale nie ta największa tylko mniejszy rozmiar, nie podam dokładnie bo jestem w pracy. Chyba 24x36.
