Babka cioci Zosi

Ingredients:

- 2 szklanki mąki pszennej
- 1 kostka margaryny
- 1 szklanka cukru
- 6 łyżek oleju
- 6 jajek
- 1 łyzka pełna proszku do pieczenia
- aromat migdałowy
- 1 łyzka pełna kakao
- cukier puder lub lukier

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę ucieramy z cukrem, dodajemy po jednym jajku + po łyżce oleju + po łyżce przesianej mąki wymieszanej z proszkiem do pieczenia i tak do wyczerpania składników , cały czas ucierajac /mikserem/. Na koniec dajemy aromat migdalowy.
2/3 ciasta wykładamy do wysmarowanej i posypanej bułka tarta formy babkowej z kominkiem. Pozostałe ciasto mieszamy z kakao i wylewamy na ciasto białe, zamieszać widelcem i piec w temp.
180 st.C ok. godziny.

Po wyjęciu i lekkim przestudzeniu posypać cukrem pudrem lub polać dowolnym lukrem.

Babka jest wspaniała, pachnąca i puszysta. Przepis mojej wiekowej juz cioci, bardzo dobrej kucharki. Najlepsza babka jaka znam.

mam podobny przepis z tym,że jest 1 szklanka maki ziemniaczanej a w Twoim przepisie chodzi o mąkę pszenną?

Babeczka pierwsza klasa! Polecam wszystkim! Nie ma jak przepisy dobrych, doświadczonych kucharek. Pozdrawiam

Ten przepis znam pod nazwą babka libijska, piekę ją od kilkunastu lat. To takie awaryjne ciasto na szubko, szystkim moim znajomym bardzo smakuje. Pozdrawiam
